The Terminator Sets Its Sights on Riverdale High
Archie has crossed over with many interesting characters, and now there is something new in Archie Vs. The Terminator from Archie Comics and Dynamite Comics.
Riverdale better watch out, because all manner of chaos is about to kick off when a teenage John Connor enrolls at the local high school, as Dynamite Entertainment, Archie Comics, and STUDIOCANAL present Archie vs. The Terminator starting this fall as a new 5-issue comic book miniseries!

The crossover no one saw coming is here! Archie and the gang have crossed paths with so many icons over their 85 years of history, while The Terminator has set its sights on all manner of victims. This fun-filled mashup is coming in hot for fans starting this October with the historic first meeting of pop culture powerhouses. Who will survive to tell the tale?Writer Rory McConville continues his critically acclaimed tales of The Terminator here in unexpected fashion, following his series The Terminator: Metal. The star scribe of Spawn and Red Sonja brings the eye for action and science fiction twists to this fabled meeting.
"Archie crossovers hold a very special place in comics, so I'm thrilled to be writing the gang's first (maybe last?!) encounter with The Terminator," said writer Rory McConville. "Enrolling John Connor at Riverdale High felt like the perfect way to bring these two iconic franchises together and I can't wait for readers to see what we have in store."
Tackling the pulse-pounding pages inside the book is a heartwarming duo of Steven and Lily Butler. Longtime comics fans will know Butler for his beloved tenure on Spider-Man titles in the 1990s. His bibliography with Archie is deep, especially contributing to their Sonic the Hedgehog titles for years. In 1999 that same series publicly announced the birth of his daughter Lily. Now years later, the father and daughter duo are frequent artistic collaborators and in this series are set to balance the iconic house style of Riverdale with the threatening metal visage of The Terminator!
"When I got the invite to draw the Archie vs. The Terminator mini-series, I was deeply honored and excited at the same time," said artist Steven Butler. "I’ve always loved most the Archie stories that put the gang into some sort of overwhelming peril that they had to try to get themselves out of and now this mini-series gives us the opportunity to tell that kind of story I love so much! The icing on the cake is the fact that I get to work with my daughter Lily on this project — what more could a proud dad want?"
"This story marks my first time working for Dynamite, and working on a full miniseries," added artist Lily Butler. "I’m super excited to be working on characters that I’m very familiar with like the Archie crew and other characters that are new to me. I think we’re working up a really cool project and I’m excited for everyone to see!"

Complementing the thrilling showdown inside the series, each issue of Archie vs. The Terminator features covers by a range of familiar favorites to both Dynamite and Archie readers including Francesco Francavilla, Robert Hack, Björn Barends, and Bill Galvan. Fans can also get a mystery blind bag on the premiere issue, packed with limited editions selected randomly from a range of stunning variants.
This series follows the fan-favorite Archie X Army of Darkness crossover, which marked the first in a new era of continuing crossovers and collaborations between Dynamite Entertainment and Archie Comics. Even more details are to be announced soon!

After being reunited, Katya and Kodi are settling into their fast-paced new life together in the city. But as Katya starts to fall behind in school and Kodi struggles to find his place in this noisy new world, everything is put at risk by a greedy zookeeper who aims to break them up for good. Vampirella Enters the Realm of Pathfinder in New Series
A new crossover from Dynamite Comics with Pathfinder / Vampirella: Blade of Darkness.
Welcome to Golarion! Dynamite Entertainment and Paizo Inc. are proud to present the next project in their nearly 15 years of ongoing collaborations, as the Daughter of Drakulon enters their beloved tabletop fantasy realm in new comic series Pathfinder / Vampirella: Blade of Darkness this October!

It's a world of swords and sorcery, a place where adventurers tempt fate, monsters lurk in every shadow, and powerful beings seek ever more power. One such figure in the realm is the vampire lord Zaloch. He's performed a haunting ritual, one told to summon a figure who will give vampires a new advantage against any who would seek to destroy their kind. To his surprise, the subject of his ritual summons does not result in a raging, fearsome demon... but Vampirella!
Then, right as the raven-haired antiheroine enters the fray, monster hunters show up. Rife with chaos, dark magic, battles with life and death on the line, this unexpected crossover will rival any fantasy and roleplaying romps. Some of Pathfinder's most legendary heroes get tangled up in the mayhem too, as partners on and off the battlefield Kyra and Merisiel, the elf rogue and human Sarenite, join the fracas!Writer Erik Burnham makes his Pathfinder debut, tapping back into his fan-favorite writing of Vampirella from her past crossover with Dejah Thoris. Burnham is otherwise known and revered by fans for his works with Red Sonja, Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and more. He's partied up with artist Federico Dallocchio, who was at the forefront of reviving the Suicide Squad at DC, and other titles like Star Wars, Starcraft, and more.
"Golarion is a fantastic sandbox to play in, and the only complaint I’ve had so far is that I only have so many pages to explore it!," said writer Erik Burnham. "Not only has introducing Vampirella into a new world full of gods, monsters, and heroes been a treat for me, so has getting to write those gods, monsters, and heroes for the first time — and knock on wood, not the last!"
Burnham and Dallocchio are joined on this quest by past Pathfinder pencilers Steven Cummings and Andrew Huerta who contribute covers to the series. Prolific RPG and gaming artist Wayne Reynolds also does character sheet covers. Collectors can chase after rare Pathfinder collectibles via the premium mystery blind bag too.Readers are invited to roll the dice and enjoy this new adventure, as Vampirella navigates her way through the world of Pathfinder!
