Fantastic for fans of Judge Dredd who want a one-stop collection to grab from their bookshelf — and a perfect primer for readers new to the character — this landmark title will be published as part of the celebrations of 2000 AD’s fiftieth anniversary in February 2027.
Since he was created by John Wagner (A History of Violence) and Carlos Ezquerra (Preacher) half a century ago, Judge Dredd has acted as judge, jury and executioner on the streets of the dystopian city of Mega-City One. These stories have ranged from sci-fi satire to war story, from epic adventure to iconic horror.
This dense and sweeping collection will feature classic encounters with legendary villains like Judge Death through to corruption and evil lurking inside the Justice Department itself, in a definitive celebration of Judge Dredd’s electric — and uninterrupted — run in 2000 AD from 1977 right through to the present day.
Featuring work by world-renowned creators such as Brian Bolland (Killing Joke), Cam Kennedy (Star Wars), Duncan Fegredo (Hellboy) RM Guera (Scalped) and more, Fifty Years of Judge Dredd collects forty of the very best complete stories; each strip has been carefully selected to showcase his great versatility, showcasing The Lawman of The Future at his very best and showing what makes him one of the most iconic characters in British comics.
This massive collection also features brand new interviews with just some of the incredible writers and artists who have brought their own unique take to Judge Dredd over the years, from co-creator John Wagner to master stylist Jock. Interviewed by Eisner Award-winning writer Michael Molcher (I Am The Law), the creators who shaped and refined Dredd tell the Lawman’s stories in their own words, exploring his enduring appeal as a character across five decades of publication.
From Dark Judges to Love Stories; from The Apocalypse War to Young Giant, these forty stories feature Judge Dredd’s most iconic and memorable moments from across the years. Ranging from the tragedy of Bury My Knee at Wounded Heart to the comedy of Crossing Ken Dodd, Fifty Years of Judge Dredd is a titanic celebration of one of the most important and beloved characters in cultural history.
And in case you hadn’t realised… HE IS THE LAW!!!!
Fifty Years of Judge Dredd will be released in February 2027, available in hardback or webshop-exclusive slipcase Editions!
The Lord Has Risen… And the Hungry Shall Come!
Sci-fi horror series Egg Hunt by Percy/Fernández is launching in November from Mad Cave Studios.
Easter Sunday. Sunrise service. A quiet Midwestern suburb. And something has just fallen out of the sky.Mad Cave Studios
Grab your baskets! announces EGG HUNT, a new four-issue sci-fi horror series from bestselling writer Benjamin Percy (The End Times, Wolverine, Punisher), artist Raúl Fernández (Profane, Terrors Through Time), colorist Giada Marchisio, and letterer Micah Myers.

Easter Sunday in the Midwest. Sunrise service. The Lord has risen, and the hungry will come. A visitor crash-lands in the woods surrounding the picket-fence suburbia where little Piper lives with her mom Tina and her nasty stepdad Don. The world is frightening and alien for both Piper and her new…friend… but on this day of cosmic forgiveness, when her family falls apart, the unlikely pair may find their own salvations.
The series features a main cover by Martín Morazzo, with variants by Cully Hamner and Valentine De Landro, including a De Landro virgin variant, Hamner foil variant, and Morazzo glow-in-the-dark variant.
“I’ve always loved stories that find a fresh way into a genre by experimenting with form. In Egg Hunt, we’re reinventing the alien invasion story by changing the standard point of view: we're always the alien. From the first page, when we observe an egg hatching from the inside, everything we learn about the characters, setting, and story comes from what the alien witnesses. There’s a lot of Spielberg and Carpenter in this story, the influences ranging from E.T. to Halloween, as an uncanny force trespasses on a suburban environment. Raúl Fernández took this visual constraint and ran with it. He brought this world and its characters to life, especially Piper, and can make your heart hurt in one panel and race in the next. I loved working with him.” —Benjamin Percy
“It’s been my privilege to be part of a project as unique as Egg Hunt. Ben created a sci-fi horror romp filled with mystery, conspiracies, and government operatives so rich I HAD to be a part of it. If we add the cutest character in comics, EVER, and, well, a “lovely” creature who’s the center of our story… here’s my advice: just sit down, relax, and enjoy the ride with this very special series. It’s been my honor to be the artist on Egg Hunt, and now, dear reader, is your time to enjoy it!” —Raúl Fernández
Part creature feature, part suburban nightmare, Egg Hunt brings cosmic horror crashing into the Midwest, pairing the terror of first contact with a child searching for salvation in a home already coming apart.
Egg Hunt #1 goes on sale November 18, 2026. At 32 pages, each issue is priced at $4.99, with select specialty variants priced at $6.99. Preorder through your local comic shop or from Mad Cave directly.
Where the Absurd and the Intimate Sit Side by Side…
Three new titles from Brain Poison, with Vox Wormhall: Robot Detective, Boredspace, and 10 Million AD.
Not everything is built to be consumed and forgotten. Brain Poison
Publisher and creative studiois making its debut with three new original comic series: VOX WORMHALL: ROBOT DETECTIVE, a deadpan sci-fi mystery set in a city of impossible architecture; BOREDSPACE, a survival-driven sci-fi thriller about a thief running out of time; and 10 MILLION AD, a coming-of-age adventure set ten million years in Earth's future.
Together with the ongoing CYBERPINK® series, the launch titles form a shared universe years in the making. Different worlds connected by consequence, survival, and the impossible.
Founded by writer P.A. Lopez and artist Samuel Bermudez, Brain Poison is a creative studio producing original science fiction and genre comics for adult readers, stories that don’t soften anything—and where women lead and the absurd and the intimate sit side by side…
VOX WORMHALL: ROBOT DETECTIVE
Five years ago, Vox Wormhall’s partner was killed on their first case together. The case remains unsolved.
Set in Constant Harbor, a city of impossible architecture, unstable logic, and bureaucratic absurdity, Vox Wormhall: Robot Detective follows a methodical, deadpan detective as he pursues a mystery that refuses to stay buried. Along the way, Vox navigates floating equations, tech moguls, mechanical ghosts, and a world where the ridiculous and the heartbreaking often occupy the same space.
BOREDSPACE
Chathura Vax is a professional thief with a deadline. Her sister turns eighteen in two weeks, after which the state will transfer her to a facility she won’t survive. One job stands between them and escape: steal a cheap plastic necklace, deliver it, and get paid.
The buyer is already dead.
As debt collectors, bounty hunters, and a mysterious religious order closes in, Chath finds herself trapped in a universe where chaos is constant, survival is never guaranteed, and nobody is safe.
10 MILLION AD
1997. Teenage physics prodigy Ellie Torres discovers her dead grandfather’s time machine hidden beneath the family home. He spent his final years trying to save Ellie’s dying mother by building the impossible.
When a power surge sends Ellie ten million years into the future, she finds an Earth where humanity is extinct, the moon hangs shattered in the sky, and massive eyeless predators hunt by sound through the ruins of the world.
This is where Brain Poison begins. A universe where the absurd and the intimate sit side by side—and neither lets the other off the hook. Think Saga, The Incal, and Transmetropolitan.
Vox Wormhall: Robot Detective, BoredSpace #1, and 10 Million AD are now live on GlobalComix and at brainpoiston.net.
