Shinku: Complete Edition
You can now back Shinku: Complete Edition by Ron Marz and Lee Moder on Zoop.
The complete collection by two masters of their craft is now back on Zoop!
Launching today on the Zoop crowdfunding platform is Shinku: The Complete Edition from Ron Marz, and the late Lee Moder. The book was originally released by Image Comics, and will contain previously unreleased content from the master storytellers.
SHINKU is the blood-splattered tale of a modern samurai hunting down a clan of ancient vampires in the neon-drenched streets of Tokyo. Created by writer Ron Marz and artist Lee Moder, SHINKU was hailed as an action-horror masterpiece, releasing an acclaimed five-issue collection.
Moder tragically passed away two years ago, leaving behind nearly two full additional issues of SHINKU, plus a wealth of covers, pin-ups, and designs. SHINKU COMPLETE contains the previous material, as well as all of Lee’s unpublished story pages, artwork, and explorations. It’s a bloody love letter to vampire tales, samurai stories, and a brilliant artist taken from us far too soon.
Fans have an opportunity to get their hands on the entire story, and every page of work created. There are signed editions by Marz, and other rewards for supporters. All of this plus a rare chance to OWN an ORIGINAL ART PAGE FROM THE SERIES by Lee Moder!
Reanimator Incorporated: Chapter Three
Coming soon to Kickstarter from Andy Perry, Lyndon White & Claire Napier is Reanimator Incorporated: Chapter Three.
“How can you face the world when you cannot face yourself?”
When lives shatter, who picks up the pieces?
Herbert West, reeling from bereavement and the breakdown of his family, is pushed closer to the edge by a CEO seeking to weaponise Reanimation. West’s estranged wife, Gabby, struggles with personal demons, while their son, Mike, faces demons of an all-to-real nature as he descends deeper into Lovecraftian Hell, where Great Deep One Dagon and Judge Minos lie in wait.
Meanwhile, Detective Chaz Dexter Ward’s investigation into a spate of missing persons manifests in an encounter that fractures her very existence. What cost when divinity chooses not to intervene?
Imagine if you died, your body could be atomically uploaded into an AI, repaired, then Reanimated atom-by-atom. Would you be the same person you were before you died? Would you remember the events of your death? In the time between death and Reanimation, where would your soul wander?
What if, before your soul returned to your Reanimated body, something else—something From Beyond—took occupance?
Based on H.P. Lovecraft’s ‘Herbert West - Reanimator’, Reanimator Incorporated is a complete reimagining of the original story. Taking inspiration from Lovecraft’s original text, and from Gordon’s 80s movie adaptation, this graphic novel series modernises West’s machinations, whilst weaving literary mythology (Lovecraftian and beyond) into the tale. Think Reanimator meets From Beyond, with a splash of Dante’s Inferno, a dab of King’s Pet Sematary… And then some…

This is Chapter Three of a six-part series, set a few months after Chapter Two. Here we meet Detective Inspector Chaz Dexter Ward, whose investigations into a missing persons case leads her to stumble on a cult… led by the malignant human form of Nyarlathotep.
Elsewhere, Chapter Three focuses on Mike West’s descent through the nine circles of Lovecraftian Hell, where he encounters Great Deep One Dagon—outraged at humanity’s desecration of the oceans—and Judge Minos—newly reassigned to flinging souls out of Hell to occupy the mortal husks of Reanimated bodies. Bodies such as Mike’s.
Back in the realm of the living, Mike’s father and mother have their own issues. Herbert West, Chief Scientist of Reanimator Incorporated, is broken and beleaguered following the losses of both his son and his longtime friend and colleague, Daniel Cain. He has little time for Gabby who is seeking a purpose outside the bottle, only to find it in the last place she’d expect.
In the meantime, Erica Lee, CEO of Reanimator Incorporated—the company that’s providing these mortal miracles, at a range of rates—is on a mission to sell Reanimation technology to the military while still desperate for answers from the mystery left by her Grandfather(and war hero) Sir Eric Moreland Clapham-Lee.
Fighting for Truth in a Digital and Dangerous World!
Live on Kickstarter from Green Archer Comics is the return of some golden age action in The Press Guardian issues #1-3 and The Clock #1: Reviving Legends.
Green Archer Comics is proud to launch The Press Guardian issues #1-3 and The Clock #1: Reviving Legends—an all-new Kickstarter spotlighting the return of two legendary Golden Age heroes in a gripping double-feature that brings urgent relevance to their original missions.
This campaign delivers four complete comics—two brand-new 32-page issues, THE PRESS GUARDIAN #3 and THE CLOCK #1—featuring two revitalized legends and one mission that still matters: taking on today’s real-world villains, from hackers and tech CEOs to, yes… still Nazis. For fans of superhero revivals, cyber-noir thrillers, and comics that speak truth to power, it’s a return to the roots—with sharper stakes and a serious edge.

Originally introduced in the 1930s and later released into the public domain, The Press Guardian and The Clock still resonate today with core values that endure: fighting for the people, standing up to corruption, and demanding the truth.
In The Press Guardian #3, the story continues with Perri Chase—a world-renowned photojournalist and granddaughter of the original Guardian—who risks her life helping journalists report from Hong Kong. But when she returns home, tragedy strikes in the most unexpected of places: a burrito joint. What follows is a battle against her most personal and dangerous adversary yet. Written by Allan Liska (Ransomware: Defending Against Digital Extortion), featuring art by Art by Tiff Kath, Sino To, and more, with letters by Saida Temofonte (Scooby Doo).
“The first two issues of The Press Guardian have been incredibly well-received, and it feels great to write a comic dealing with such a relevant topic,” said Allan Liska. “The press is under attack worldwide, and having a hero fighting for press freedom seems more important than ever.”
Features variant covers by Dale DeForest, Rob Jones, Liana Kangas, Marguerite Savage, Rebecca Ann, and Sarah Webb.
The Clock #1 marks the first installment in a long-awaited series about Tani Day, a SOC Analyst with a very modern power—she can connect to any internet-enabled device running Network Time Protocol. In a world built on surveillance and algorithms, Tani becomes The Clock, targeting scammers, hackers, and digital criminals the law won’t touch. Like her 1930s predecessor, she’s fighting for the everyday people—but now in a war fought on screens as much as streets. Written by Comanche/Choctaw storyteller and digital security specialist Weyodi Squidbear, art by Dale DeForest, colors by Liezl Buenaventura, and letters by Saida Temofonte, this launch brings new energy—and real stakes—to a classic name. Features a variant cover by Frankie Morin.
“I loved the opportunity to write a Comanche character whose super power doesn't stem from the fact that she's Native, but instead is the result of the sort of techno-magic that can happen to anyone in a comic book,” said Weyodi Squidbear. “For all that she's an inherently Comanche character.”
The Press Guardian issues #1-3 and The Clock #1: Reviving Legends merge the past and the present into something sharp, urgent, and entirely new. These are heroes who stand for something—then and now.
Catch up on the full saga while supporting bold, character-driven storytelling rooted in truth, resistance, and everyday heroism. Backers can access exclusive variant covers, deluxe bundles, digital extras, and more in this exciting Kickstarter campaign, which ends April 30, 2025.
