King Arthur & the Knights of Justice Returns In 2024
From Mad Cave Studios and 41 Entertainment
I have to be honest, I don’t recall the series, but I recognise the type. This does look to be an entertaining read, and I think the King Arthur legend is very fit for mining. Check out the details of King Arthur & the Knights of Justice from Mad Cave Studios and 41 Entertainment.
Maverick and 41 Entertainment Announce ‘King Arthur + The Knights of Justice’ with a Modern Twist
Mad Cave Studios and 41 Entertainment are pleased to announce King Arthur & the Knights of Justice publishing March 12, 2024.
The classic 90's cartoon returns in a new graphic novel! This new take on the 90s cartoon asks: what if the knights of the round table were actually a modern football team transported back in time? Quarterback Arthur King and his football team have been transported back to the time of Arthurian legend in order to free the real King Arthur and the real Knights of the Round Table from the evil Morgana.
Inspired by the first season of the classic King Arthur cartoons from 41 Entertainment. Mad Cave Studios’ young adult imprint, Maverick, alongside author Joe Corallo have updated the beloved morning cartoon show with a fresh take, introducing new romance, enchantments, and surprises!
Writer Joe Corallo said, “King Arthur & the Knights of Justice was a show I watched as a kid and had revisited a number of times since, so it was an absolute thrill to not only hear that they were looking to reboot the series, but I’d be getting to write it as well. Plus, it was a great excuse to rewatch it again!”
Artist Gaia Cardinali said, “As a kid I didn't get the chance to enjoy King Arthur and the knights of justice, I watched the whole series this year. It was a blast! I must thank Mad Cave for letting me be part of this fantastic and absurd world: how else could I have found myself drawing a horse armed with a missile-launcher?”
This summer, Mad Cave Studios and 41 Entertainment Have Officially Engaged To Publish King Arthur & the Knights of Justice for young adult readers through its imprint Maverick
