I’ve always enjoyed a good pudding and have a major sweet tooth, so I thought I would do something I enjoyed in my zines and challenge myself. I am not very confident in the kitchen!
So, I thought I would try my hand at some classic desserts of my youth to go with the Custard theme. Kicking off with a personal favourite of Jam Roly-Poly, with the recipe in the first issue, I had a go and recoded my progress.
The Butterscotch Tart issue has the fruits of my labour, and it came out really well - with some custard to go with it.
