Panel Syndicate has announced the final issue of Martine Moon, which is now available digitally.
Here we are again, one week away from Panel Syndicate's 11th Anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with the last and final issue of our glamorous action series MARTINE MOON by superstars Darko Macan and GoranSudžuka!
Gods and monsters! Aliens and Nazis! Bad jokes and worse philosophy! The final issue of Martine Moon has it all, not to mention her secret origin! Well, one of those, anyway ... The ideal jumping-off point!
Yep, the final issue of MARTINE MOON has arrived and what a pleasure it has been to host such incredible creators as Darko Macan and Goran Sudžuka. Darko is the writer behind such powerful books as GRENDEL TALES: DEVILS AND DEATHS with beloved artist Edvin Biuković or SOLDIER-X with the amazing Igor Kordej. And Goran's art has graced the pages of titles like Y: THE LAST MAN, HELLBLAZER or WOLVERINE among many, many others. But you already know all of this. What you probably didn't know is that they're also just as nice, funny and kind as they are talented. Having the chance of working with both of them, as well as all the other creators in Panel Syndicate, has been the real highlight of this 11 years and the thing that keeps me hanging on. Well, that and your round and shiny virtual coins. But who's counting?
So anyway, head up to panelsyndicate.com and check out the series finale for whatever price you want to pay, including zero!
Mad Cave Studios has announced a new series coming in June 2024 - The Mammoth.
Mad Cave Studios is proud to announce THE MAMMOTH, the forthcoming Teen+ series written by the celebrated horror comic creative team Paul Tobin (Plants vs. Zombies) and artist Arjuna Susini (The Bone Tribe); including two exciting variant covers by Jessica Fong (Poison Ivy) and Kevin Wada “Pride” (She Hulk).
Something is wrong in the deep forests of Broke Tree Valley. Something deadly. Something mammoth. The legends speak of something larger than human comprehension...A monstrous phantom that disappears for decades at a time. Now, it’s back, and things are about to go Very Bad if four people—Olivia, Jess, Kokoro, and Mason, scientists who have come to the small city of Kasbro to investigate a bizarre series of seismic activities in this heavily forested valley—can’t put the Mammoth to rest. One real problem with this is…Olivia’s dead.
“I wanted horror—and I wanted it BIG!” said Paul Tobin. “Mad Cave gave me a chance to create horror beyond comprehension, with art by my pal Arjuna Susini helping readers tumble into the story along with the characters. This ain't no ordinary ghost. This thing is mammoth.”
“Drawing this story was a fantastic experience,” said Arjuna Susini. “Thanks to Paul and Mad Cave, I immersed myself with the characters in this abyss of madness, where love, death and the metaphysical meet, leaving a profound trace.”
Those who like Bunny Mask won’t want to miss The Mammoth #1, which drops in shops June 5th. Colors by Pippa Bowland with letters by Charles Pritchett, edited by James Emmett.
Magma Comix has been making the news recently, and now they have announced a team-up with Ruptura Estudios for a new comic - Hell's Half Acre.
Magma Comix has partnered with Ruptura Estudios! The imprint will publish works of fiction with Hispanic appeal by creators from around the world, and will release three titles in 2024, beginning with the thrilling Western-noir with a supernatural twist, HELL'S HALF ACRE.
In Hell’s Half Acre, written by Magma founder and New York Times Best-selling author, Denton J. Tipton (Cobra Kai, G.I. Joe) with art and Cover A by Ramon Bunge (Legacy of Mandrake the Magician), the exciting new series features special variant covers by Chris Evenhuis (Wynonna Earp, Sister Crash) and the first issue has a retailer incentive cover by Glenn Fabry (Preacher, Captain America).
Life is changing fast in 1904 Nashville but the sins of the past live free in a place called Hell’s Half Acre—where you can find gambling, sex and most any other debauchery ever dreamed. None do it better than Miss Marion’s, where a mysterious gambler named Britt sets in motion a chain of events that will have lawmen and outlaws alike aiming to put him six feet under. Will the woman that Britt scorned be his downfall or salvation when Hell comes calling?
Ruptura Estudios was originally founded in the 1990s amid the burgeoning scene of the so-called “new Mexican comic.” Over time, it has stepped in and out of the spotlight, changing its form and finding different ways to collaborate with other publishing houses. Now, nearly 30 years since its inception, it returns with its core mission intact: help creators and readers on journeys throughout different realities.
“When Denton shared his plans for Magma Comix, I automatically thought that this was a train I wanted to travel on,” said R.G. Llarena, Ruptura Estudios’ Managing Partner. “Sometime later, here we are, embarking on our first journey together. To victory!"
“R.G.’s commitment to creator rights has been evident throughout his long career, making Ruptura an ideal partner for Magma,” said Magma Comix President & Publisher, Denton J.Tipton. “Together, we will create captivating storyworlds that transport our readers and lure them back time and time again.”
For fans of Cullen Bunn’s The Sixth Gun and Jonah Hex, Hell’s Half Acre #1 drops in shops June 5th.
