This week, from Dark Horse Comics, we get the latest issue of the supervillain of all supervillains in Nemesis: Rogues' Gallery #4.
Nemesis and his sidekick are the toast of the town in their billionaire secret identities, drinking champagne all day and robbing people all night. But are the authorities getting closer to finding out who they really are?
Author: Mark Millar
Artist: Valerio Giangiordano
After the sticky situation of the last issue, we kick off with some bloody action as Nemesis and his young sidekick get out of the bad predicament they have found themself in.
With some mcguffin gadgets, they make that, and in the meantime, we get some backstory on those who are hunting the devilish duo.
This was well told, and gives us a further insight into Nemesis and his methods. This is a good flashback and I liked how it pans out and the potential parallels to what is happening now. Even so, there is the endgame to get to and it looks like we are getting close to that.
This combined some good action and additions to the story of Nemesis, there was a little too much of a shock value at the end, but I enjoyed it.
