This 2000 AD jumping-on point from Rebellion features new stories and story arcs, check out 2000 AD - Prog 2250.

  • UK and DIGITAL: 22 September £3.10

  • NORTH AMERICA: 27 October $31 (per pack)

  • DIAMOND: JUL211885

  • COVER: MICK MCMAHON

In this issue:

Judge Dredd: The Hard Way
by Rob Williams, Arthur Wyatt (w) Jake Lynch (a)

An interesting new story beginning, with a different aspect to it. I like the attack against the accountant Judge and the feel of 'The Untouchables' movie. A good start.

Scarlet Traces: Storm Front by Ian Edginton (w) D'Israeli (a)

The solar system is small, and we are just a part of it. An interesting looks at what is going on and the fight against the martian invaders. I like the argument - it makes sense, and the ending is interesting.

The Out Book II by Dan Abnett (w) Mark Harrison (a)

Good to see this series return. There is a mission, and more to discover. A bit of fourth-wall-breaking and some good humour. The mission is interesting and how that may link into what we discover at the end.

The Diaboliks: Arrivederci Roma by Gordon Rennie (w) Antonio Fuso (a)

Good to see the return of The Diaboliks, with some good humour and nice touches. I like the setup, and the characters involved make this an interesting start.

Pandora Perfect: Mystery Moon by Roger Langridge (w) Brett Parson (a)

A good re-introduction for those who missed this fun character in the 'regened' issues. I like the way moves and this looks to be a fun heist story.

Anderson, Psi-Div: Be Psi-ing You by Maura McHugh (w) Lee Carter (a)

A one-shot, which shows us some of the different aspects of Psi-Div and moves on from the Sci-Fi special. Anderson always makes things worse for herself.

Future Shocks: The Guardian & The Godchild by Chris Weston (w+a)

This works for me if only for the buildup to the end - I didn't know where it was going and the lead up was good. The end made me groan in a good way.
