Some new arcs and stories in 2000 AD - Prog 2310. Out in print and digitally this week from Rebellion.
UK and DIGITAL: 30 November £3.50
NORTH AMERICA: 4 January 2024 $29.99 (per pack)
DIAMOND: SEP221930
COVER: TOM FOSTER
I like this cover for this issue - something different - cheeky, yet dark!
Judge Dredd: Rematch by Ken Niemand (w) Steven Austin (a) Jim Boswell (c) Annie Parkhouse
Concentrating on the citizens here, and things look to be building up. Dredd has his methods, but there is more going on. I like that the block rivalries are still a thing too!
Terror Tales: The Vision Thing by John Tomlinson (w) Nick Dyer (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A twisted tale that goes very meta in the end. A fun build with some moral to it all? Perhaps. Nevertheless, a good buffer for readers.
Enemy Earth: Book One by Cavan Scott (w) Luke Horsman (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
After the slower issue last week, there is some good tension in this issue. I like the way it builds, and there are more problems to worry about.
Hope... In The Shadows: Reel Two by Guy Adams (w) Jimmy Broxton (a) Jim Campbell (l)
Back here, and things look like they are going badly. There are betrayals and more schemes. I have no idea how this will all play out! I do love the art though
Fiends of the Eastern Front: Wilde West Prologue by Ian Edginton (w) Warren Pleece (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A good teaser for a story to come. I like the jumping around and the addition of real people. Some good art, and I like the scene with the wraith watching the show! I’m looking forward to the whole story to come.
