Judge Dredd: The Night Shifter by Ken Niemand (w) Niccolo Assirelli (a) Peter Doherty (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
An interesting predicament for Dredd. There are some international aspects and some good twists. I like his reaction to the protests; there is more to this than meets the eye.
The Out: Book Three by Dan Abnett (w) Mark Harrison (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A bit more of an interrogation going on here. I like how it played out, though, and I wonder where this aspect will lead. There are some interesting characters here, which adds to the humour from a human point of view.
Joe Pineapples: Tin Man by Pat Mills (w) Simon Bisley (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
This jumps right into the action, and it looks like the duo is already in trouble. It’s slightly kinky here, making me wonder where this will lead…
Hope by Guy Adams (w) Jimmy Broxton (a) Jim Campbell (l)
Some interesting changes to the status quo here, and the film is still in play. There is a dark piece of revenge, and I wonder where this will end up with the different groups now.
Proteus Vex; Crawlspace by Mike Carroll (w) Jake Lynch (a) Jim Boswell (c) Simon Bowland (l)
We are away from Proteus Vex in this issue, but we get some of the other characters in this story. I like the Scorchers reactions, and it looks like that will add to the story. There is some good humour in this issue.
