This issue had a lot of action, betrayal, and judging! I like the finish, and it’s possible that this could come back in the future. The finish was well done, with a slight twist.
The Out: Book Three by Dan Abnett (w) Mark Harrison (a) Simon Bowland (l)
That is a good point for a pause and a big cliffhanger. I love the art and the movement of this story, and it looks like we are getting to discover more of the Up!
Future Shocks: Love Birds by Tom Watts (w) Mike Walters (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
This felt like a classic Future Shock, with some good aspects and a twist I didn’t see coming.
The Order: Heart of Darkness by Kek-W (w) John Burns (a) Jim Campbell (l)
More action here, and I like how the character moments are building up and continuing in this series. A cliffhanger before the ‘regended’ break!
Proteus Vex; Crawlspace by Mike Carroll (w) Jake Lynch (a) Jim Boswell (c) Simon Bowland (l)
Is this the end? Maybe of the war, but there are a lot of variables here, and I want to see more of these characters. A brilliant ending, though.
