Judge Dredd: In The Event of My Untimely Demise by Mike Carroll (w) Paul Marshall (a) Dlan Teague (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
The story continues, and you can see that something is worrying Dredd. Something is not quite right. Does this realisation come too late? Maybe, but the different parties' back-and-forth makes this an interesting read.
Void Runners by David Hine (w) Boo Cook (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
The art for this is perfect as we begin the harvest. There are some interesting aspects here, and some good fun with the more sci-fi aspects to this story. Something may be about to go wrong very soon though.
Durham Red: Mad Dogs by Alec Worley (w) Ben Willsher (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Well, that’s how we expected Red to react. I wonder where this will all lead to, and Red seems to be having some major trouble dealing with this - is her past something to do with it?
Azimuth by Dan Abnett (w) Tazio Bettin (a) Matt Soffe (c) Jim Campbell (l)
A good introduction with a lot of new concepts to take in. I love the location, and the style of this story. We get a little action, and the quest. It will bear looking at this series some more.
Rogue Trooper: Blighty Valley by Garth Ennis (w) Patrick Goddard (a) Rob Steen (l)
It looks like we are coming towards the conclusion of this story. I like the squad and the characters within, and I understand where they are coming from. Rogue has his thoughts, and I like the way what he does mixes with the larger story.
