Judge Dredd: A Fallen Man by Ken Niemand (w) Tom Foster (a) Chris Blythe (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
Things are fitting into place here, and I like the chase by Dredd in this story. The fact that there are other cases going on makes it especially fun. The crimes syndicate aspect is also interesting, and I wonder if it builds into the previous arc?
Portals & Black Goo by John Tomlinson (w) Eoin Coveney (a) Jim Boswell (c) Simon Bowland (l)
Quite an action-packed issue with demons, vampires and wizards. With the delivery service too! I like the method to this story and the flipping between the scenes.
Tharg's 3rillers: Maxwell's Demon by David Barnett (w) Lee Milmore (a) Quinton Winter (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
A good way to do a recap! This issue had a lot going on inside the infernal matching, ex-girlfriends, demons and dogs. The action was well played out, and I like the twist at the end of the issue.
Hershey: The Cold in the Bones by Rob Williams (w) Simon Fraser (a) Simon Bowland
A welcome return? Hopefully. I like how this story has progressed. All seems lost, and then there is the return to the story. Hershey is trying and things are getting harder, but one thing is constant. It looks like we’re getting to the end of this story.
Azimuth: A Job For Suzi Nine by Dan Abnett (w) Tazio Bettin (a) Matt Soffe (c) Jim Campbell (l)
Some clever action here, with Ray getting some advice on how to hurt these cyborgs. I like how this progresses, and there is some answers for him - including ammo. The ending links things together nicely.
