2000 AD - Prog 2355 is out now in print and digitally from Rebellion, with continuing stories before we take a ‘Regened’ break next month.
UK and DIGITAL: 25 October £3.60
NORTH AMERICA: 29 November $25.99 (per pack)
DIAMOND: AUG232173
COVER: CLIFF ROBINSON (A), DYLAN TEAGUE (C)
Judge Dredd: Poison by Rob Williams (w) PJ Holden (a) Peter Doherty (c) Simon Bowland (l)
After the last issue’s cliffhanger, Dredd looks into it more. He’s not one to make rash decisions, and this shows here. I like the look into the history of the Judges, too.
Helium: Scorched Earth by Ian Edginton (w) D'Israeli (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Some clever introductions here, and possibly a way out for those who have to deal with the gases. I enjoyed this issue and the introduction that newer readers are getting about the story.
The Devil's Railroad by Peter Milligan (w) Rufus Dayglo (a) Jose Villarrubia (c) Jim Campbell (l)
Things are looking bad with the couple split up for now. This finishes with an interesting cliffhanger, and I like the commentary behind it all. More interesting alien species too.
The Fall of Deadworld: Retribution by Kek-W (w) Dave Kendall (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Although this was a good issue, I wonder if this story is struggling with the number of characters to keep track of. Thoughts? I enjoyed this issue and its dark humour, and the art continues to be excellent.
Feral & Foe: Bad Godesberg by Dan Abnett (w) Richard Elson (a) Jim Campbell (l)
This is one I don’t want to end. The monsters and the reactions of all the characters. There is a great dark humour here, and the answers are tantalisingly close to coming.
