Judge Dredd: Poison by Rob Williams (w) PJ Holden (a) Peter Doherty (c) Simon Bowland (l)
Over to the Cursed Earth and the history of Hershey with the mutants is mentioned here. This has been a trip down memory lane! An interesting twist at the end and a bit of humour with the Alchemist!
Helium: Scorched Earth by Ian Edginton (w) D'Israeli (a) Simon Bowland (l)
There seem to be some mysteries that are close to being solved. All this may be ruined, though, by those chasing. I like the reaction to all of this, and we know more than the characters. Some lovely big scenes are being shown off by the art, though.
The Devil's Railroad by Peter Milligan (w) Rufus Dayglo (a) Jose Villarrubia (c) Jim Campbell (l)
A quick solving of the cliffhanger - I did suspect it would go this way. The splitting of the two makes this all the more interesting, and there are still some bad decisions being made. As evidenced by the end of this issue.
The Fall of Deadworld: Retribution by Kek-W (w) Dave Kendall (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Some really dark things happening here with Sidney. I liked how this played out, and Judge Fear made an interesting contribution!
Feral & Foe: Bad Godesberg by Dan Abnett (w) Richard Elson (a) Jim Campbell (l)
Some interesting revelations here and a really good pep talk. It looks like we’re getting to the reason for this infestation and hopefully a way to solve it. This continues to be a favourite of mine.
