Judge Dredd: Clanker by Ken Niemand (w) Nick Dyer (a) John Charles (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
A new arc, and something slightly more light-hearted than the last story. This is a good one to revisit and I like the conflict within the Mech here as well.
Helium: Scorched Earth by Ian Edginton (w) D'Israeli (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Some big attack scenes here and they look brilliant. I like the ‘good deed’; it may be punished. This moves the story on quicker than I thought though.
The Devil's Railroad by Peter Milligan (w) Rufus Dayglo (a) Jose Villarrubia (c) Jim Campbell (l)
Out of the frying pan…
Just as things may be getting on there are some terrible decisions being made. That makes it all the more entertaining though. The ending of this issue ramps up the pressure here.
Enemy Earth Book III by Cavan Scott (w) Luke Horsman (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A good reintroduction and it looks like this epic is going to run on some more. There are some mysterious watchers and a good sky-bound attack here.
Feral & Foe: Bad Godesberg by Dan Abnett (w) Richard Elson (a) Jim Campbell (l)
I continue to love this series. We have a new addition and possibly some beginnings of answers to what is behind all of this. On the other hand, the notes seem to have gone and that may cause trouble.
