JUDGE DREDD // A BETTER WORLD by Rob Williams & Arthur Wyatt (w) Henry Flint (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
Domo survives for now, but there are some good investigative moments from Maitland here. I like the facial expressions made, and it looks like there is going to be an interesting confrontation between the two judges.
THE ENGLISH ASTRONAUT by Paul Cornell (w) Laura Helsby (a) Matt Soffe (c) Jim Campbell (l)
A mind-bending finish with a classic feel to it. I loved the story and style of it all. There are some amusing parts to go with it, and the ending finished with a good !
FULL TILT BOOGIE // BOOK TWO by Alex de Campi (w) Eduardo Ocana (a) Eva De La Cruz (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
It's a slower issue here, full of setup, but I like the use of the art and the fantastic vistas. I had a feeling of the second Planetary story for the ending, and I like how this is building up.
ENEMY EARTH // BOOK THREE by Cavan Scott (w) Luke Horsman (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Completing the story with a bit of a feel good factor. This had some excellent action and family moments. I loved it, and this was a good ending.
THISTLEBONE // THE DULE TREE by T.C. Eglington (w) Simon Davis (a) Simon Bowland (l)
The fallout from the last issues attack was here, and mixed in with that is a creepy look at the editing of the film. I like the way this is building and there are some good moving parts to the story.
