JUDGE DREDD // HATER by Ken Niemand (w) Silvia Califano (a) Giulia Brusco (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
There is some real escalation going on here, and I like the whispering in the ear. The artwork is excellent and I love the progression of the story. I want to find out more about who is behind this.
THE OUT // BOOK FOUR by Dan Abnett (w) Mark Harrison (a) Simon Bowland (l)
There’s a degree of therapy, and it builds into the characters. There is an exciting discovery, which makes some sense by the previous owner of the ship, but there are more immediate problems coming.
NIGHTMARE NEW YORK by Kek-W (w) John Burns (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
We are learning more about these guardians and what they are up against. It crosses the mystical with the very human aspects well, and the mysteries are building up. I think that this style of art fits well with this setting.
BRINK // CONSUMED by Dan Abnett (w) INJ Culbard (a) Simon Bowland (l)
It's an exciting issue, and I love how the battle plays out. The location also adds to the tension in this issue. We are getting so close to getting answers and discovering more about who is behind this!
ROGUE TROOPER // WHEN A G.I. DIES by Garth Ennis (w) Patrick Goddard (a) Rob Steen (l)
An interesting cross between what happened in the past and what has been happening since. There will be an interesting coming together soon where all the pieces fit together.
