JUDGE DREDD // TUNNELS by Rob Williams (w) RM Guera (a) Giulia Brusco (c) Simon Bowland (l)
We start to get why Dredd is where he is at the beginning of this story. This flashback has been excellent in setting that up with some good callbacks to other aspects.
THE RAVILLIOUS PACT by T.C.Eglington (w) Steven Austin (a) John Charles (c) Simon Bowland (l)
Well, I thought we would get to this point, and it’s going to cause more family drama. I like how it plays out though, and the raid for this artifact is going to be interesting - I’m expecting something to go awry!
THARG'S 3RILLERS // RELICT: INVASIVE SPECIES by Honor Vincent (w) Lee Milmore (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A good mid-story twist here, and all the planning means that this is going to be more difficult! The artwork continues to be excellent!
AZIMUTH // ABANDONED BY GOD by Dan Abnett (w) Tazio Bettin (a) Matt Soffe (c) Jim Campbell (l)
Adding a new set of characters and an excellent block to overcome. This series is building and building its own mythology well. I like the style of it all and the concern too!
SCARLET TRACES // EMPIRE OF BLOOD by Ian Edginton (w) D'Israeli (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
Things are not going all the German’s way with an error that could prove costly. It uses the panels well and I like the reaction to it all. The investigation is also moving on well and I wonder when they will link?
