JUDGE DREDD // THE OUBLIETTE by Ken Niemand (w) Dan Cornwell (a) Chris Blythe (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
An excellent montage of Dredd working his way up the tower, with an excellent cliffhanger at the end. I love the action of it, and the reactions are very interesting.
BRINK // THE CALL OF THE VOID by Dan Abnett (w) INJ Culbard (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Some clever action here and all about the action in this issue. It’s very clever and well played out – setting us up nicely for what is to come.
NIGHTMARE NEW YORK // BOOK TWO by Kek-W (w) David Roach (a) Peter Doherty (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
OK, so the Selkie is going to be a factor – not too helpful though. I like the history side of it and it adds nicely to the mythology of the story.
FUTURE SHOCKS // A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE ALPHABET by James Lovegrove (w) Russell M Olson (a) Rob Steen (l)
Another fun alphabet – bridging the two dark tales well, with plenty of fun!
THE FALL OF DEADWORLD // JUSTICE by Kek-W (w) Dave Kendall (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Some decention in the ranks, and it links up nicely to the story. I love the artwork and the expressions, and it has some dark action!
