Out this week from Zenescope Entertainment is the third and final part of Cinderella Vs The Queen Of Hearts.
It’s serial killer princess vs queen of…well, hearts, in this high-octane coming of age bloodbath of a story…filled with love, loss, lost love, lost heads, and, well, quite honestly, a lot of lost things including someone we won’t mention’s sanity. Hrh-hem, so Cinderella, now back in the real world and looking to make ends meet, is launched into a crown-on-collision with the Queen of Hearts, who is just trying to live life. Sounds fun…we know.

Kicking off with what originally seemed to be a fun way to catch us up on previous issues. It goes on longer than you would think, and then we realise we are somewhere terrible.
Inside Cinderella’s mind.
It doesn’t last long, though <Phew>, and we rapidly join the real world and the situation that Cinderella and The Queen Of Hearts find themselves.
The duo working together is a lot of fun, and there are some good moments here, with plenty of action. The banter going on is great fun, with the straight and the crazy.
What follows is some excellent bonding between the two (kind of) and a lot of action. With assassins, robots and dogs, sometimes all three combined, there is a resolution and some reasoning behind these attacks.
I like how this plays out, and it actually leads up to something bigger for Cinderella - not just mindless violence.
Something to look forward to.
