Dreams in comics often mean something more1. And in this case it looks to be a harbinger to what is coming. It’s quite a creepy one, and Skye is having some series problems with hers. Featuring a dark version of herself, and a dark future.
Into the now, and it looks like the location of the problem for Skye is correct as a limo-based attack seems to promise something darker. Skye meanwhile is unaware, although the Rizz-based conversation is something I can relate to!
Following up this, there is some vampire-based action, with some excellent action and hints towards what we can expect going forward. There is an excellent, expected, cameo at the end, and it finishes the issue with aplomb.
I liked the gritty styled art in this issue and it fits nicely with the story and the style of everything being told. The vampires look pretty evil and have an excellent manner about them that fits the location and the story being told.
I’ll be interested to see where this leads…
