There is a lot of mystery going on in this first issue. What is the sarcophagus for? What does it do? And who are these two mysterious groups who are after it?
And why?
Nevertheless, this was an entertaining start to the story. It was chock-full of action and mystery, and a lot was going on, including a small amount of horror and some big explosions.
With the theft going reasonably well - well, they got away with it - there is the chase after the people who did this. During this issue, it is interesting as we don’t know which side to root for. Who has the best interests at heart? All we know is that if you touch the sarcophagus with bare skin, you become some sort of demon.
It's an interesting twist that makes the moving of the item a lot more complicated.
During the chase, we see some more mystical elements - this time by those doing the chasing. How do they survive? And what is their role in all of this?
As I said, many questions.
It looks like we will see what gets answered in this excellent story.
