Review - Myst: The Forgotten Hour
From Zenescope Entertainment
A new one-shot from Zenescope Entertainment, building into the larger story arc. This is Myst: The Forgotten Hour.
Skye, Sela, Keres, and Mystere race against time to retrieve the Forgotten Hour, an ancient artifact with the power to end Father Time’s reign. But as the Dark One’s forces close in and the guardians of time unleash their wrath, the heroes must fight through fractured realities…Can they make it back to Arcane Acre in time to avoid the end of everything?

This one-shot builds nicely into the main story arc happening all over the Grimm universe.
Along with the action, there are some excellent scenes that add to the story with Shang and Father Time—although not vital, this adds to the tension of the overall story.
This issue is also chock-full of action, with many of the characters not only having their time to shine but also some interesting twists and sacrifices.
The mother-daughter duo teams up on Myst, where they need to find the forgotten hour—it is just a shame that it is under the base of the Dark One. Even so, that allows us to delve into the action and the pits of Myst to bring some bloody battles.
I really enjoyed the pacing and art in the issue. It is a worthy addition that is well-linked to the main arc and also stands alone.
