The third issue of Prodigy: Slaves Of Mars #3 features some fun action and more mystery from Dark Horse Comics.
Edison Crane and his older, smarter brother team up to find out who murdered their father in a journey that takes them to a secret colony on the surface of Mars and a never-to-be-forgotten fight at the White House Press Association Dinner. Don’t miss!

I think this was an exciting issue. It builds on nicely between the two brothers - their relationship seems very interesting, and there is tease at the end of the issue, which means that we will hopefully get more details about what happened between them and their father. This is linked to the Mars aspect and their father, which makes the story bigger than its parts.
This is quite a fast-moving issue, with various deadlines in place. These are a distraction, though, and they seem to be working. Someone doesn’t want the brothers to discover what their father was up to.
Edison and his brother are a formidable duo, though, and the way they work together is highly entertaining. I like their various discussions and inventions.
The artwork here shows the action well, and I enjoy the fast-paced aspects of the story. There are some interesting locations here, and they fit together well.
It will be interesting to see what we learn in the next issue.
