From IDW Publishing and a tie-in to the Armageddon Game, this is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #138.
ATTACK OF THE UTROMS! The Mutant Town wall is compromised, and Ch’rell’s forces have declared all-out war in search of the young Triceraton Regenta, Seri. And while our heroes need support more than ever, the imposter Turtles have sowed distrust, leaving the TMNT and their allies vulnerable on all fronts. In an effort to quell the riots and protect her clan, Jenny races to prove the real Turtles’ innocence. But gaining back the trust of an entire city seems impossible, especially with a literal god of Chaos working against her. It’s all-out war in this exciting tie-in issue to the epic ARMAGEDDON GAME!

This is a high-octane and fast-paced issue.
First up, the brothers are all together and working with the other residents of Mutant Town. They are fighting off the invading aliens. This is well done, and had some excellent moments between all the characters.
Meanwhile, Regenta is working to bring down the warlord. This is laid out in short order, has some excellent moments, and directly implies what is happening in Mutant Town.
Of course, there is still a certain Krang in the background…
Even so, it looks like things are all coming together well, with the TMNT taking care of business, but there is what Hob is up to. This has some major implications in the future, and we see a different side to Hob - this has a major impact, and it will be interesting to see how that is going forward.
We are in the final act of this arc, and it has some well brilliant parts to play with!
