Jennika finds herself at her lowest point yet. Meanwhile, the technologically enhanced mutant crime boss Lao Ban presses his dominance over the terrified citizens of Mutant Town. Can Nightwatcher find a way to pull herself together and discover a new strategy to take down a seemingly unstoppable threat?

An excellent end to the mini-series. Taking us away from the trials and tribulations of the main series but still within the city.
There is some excellent storytelling going on here, with difficult decisions to be made and plenty of action throughout.
It’s a clever issue, not only bringing us aspects that can be revisited in future stories, but also highlighting some excellent relationship dynamics with Jenna and the rest.
The art and the storytelling link in brilliantly, with two-fold stories being told, and the problems between the characters. Combined with some excellent action this was a brilliant finish.
