Review - Transformers: War's End #1
From IDW Publishing as a spin-off from the main series, this is the first issue of a new mini-series, Transformers: War's End #1.
The Three-fold Spark has returned and nowhere on Cybertron is safe! Exarchon, who single-handedly started Cybertron's last war, walks among the living again. Reunited with his former generals, Shockwave and Skywarp, he seeks once more to conquer Cybertron! But there may be hope... if Cyclonus can convince Megatron to work with the Autobots! The can't miss companion to the Transformers ongoing!

This is a good idea - the comic I mean, possibly not some of the actions within...
I like the idea of this spinoff, as there is already a lot of characters to juggle in the main series, then - add in the threat of Exarchon.
Exarchon is an interesting foil - both the Autobots and the Decepticons have a good reason for being against this old villain. The type of his threat is interesting, and it looks like he is already getting his team together. I like the way he tries to tempt both Skywarp and Shockwave in different ways.
Shockwave is a good one to add in and his schemes are always on the suspect side.
The dual response is interesting - Megatron is not totally convinced by Cyclonus, but Starscreams suggestion has merit and may help in this battle.
Meanwhile, the Autobots have something else to investigate - and they have to go deeper.
This was a well-done start to the mini-series, with some good art and action scenes. I especially like the comments about Swindle.
Let's see how this pans out.
