JUDGE DREDD // THE FIRST 100 by Dan Abnett (w) Colin MacNeil (a) Chris Blythe (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
An entertaining finish to the story here, with some good Dredd-based action midway through, along with some classic Dredd punishments at the end. The finish brings the story full circle well with that final panel.
ROGUE TROOPER // TIDES OF WAR by Andi Ewington (w) Paul Marshall (a) Pippa Bowland (c) Jim Campbell (l)
An explosive finish and a slightly surprising finish. Even so, it took Rogue out of his usual area and added some interesting mythos to the Nu-Earth warzone.
GHOSTED // BOOK ONE by Guy Adams (w) Megan Huang (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A fast-paced issue here, with a lot of action and something a little more to think about in terms of those in charge. There is a good bit of mystery, but the cliffhanger means that this needs to be put on the backburner for a while.
SILVER // PERFIDIOUS by Mike Carroll (w) Joe Currie (a) Simon Bowland (l)
This second book is over and it goes with a big bang. I like how it deals with the potential reprisals, and Silver is not in a good way. Where does this go from here? I’m looking forward to the return.
SCARLET TRACES // EMPIRE OF BLOOD by Ian Edginton (w) D'Israeli (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
The investigation continues, and the detective looks on the right track. Also working on the pattern of the attacks as well. Even so, an interesting twist and a new threat seem to be emerging.

JOHNNY RED // A COUPLE OF HEROES by Garth Ennis (w) Keith Burns (a) Jason Wordie (c) Rob Steen (l)
There is a special ending here, and this wraps up the Johnny Red story excellently. There is some brilliant action here, with the sky being the limit and a very well-planned attack on these bombers. As far as the other aspects go, there was an interesting comment on events at the end of the war in Japan and the way Britain was after the war.
I enjoyed this run and it brought the story to a satisfying conclusion throughout the war.
A very special epilogue as well.
