JUDGE DREDD // AND TO THE SEA RETURN by Rob Williams (w) Henry Flint (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
An excellent issue. Combining horror and science fiction with a history of the USA. I love the tension in this issue and the different reactions.
RED DRAGON by Rob Williams (w) Steve Yeowell & Patrick Goddard (a) Dylan Teague (c) Simon Bowland (l)
A clever issue, leading up to that final panel. I can see the links between the ‘then’ and the ‘now’ and wonder how it will all end up as it is all revealed! That final panel is excellent!
VOID RUNNERS // BOOK TWO by David Hine (w) Boo Cook (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
It looks like the trap is set, and it may be sprung! I love the artwork here and how it all comes together. There is a clever combination of small and big panels!
BRASS SUN // PAVANE by Ian Edginton (w) INJ Culbard (a) Simon Bowland (l)
Following the explosive last issue, there are some interesting discoveries here and a tantalising tease for the future. What does all this mean?
ROGUE TROOPER // GHOST PATROL by Alex de Campi (w) Neil Edwards (a) Matt Soffe (c) Jim Campbell (l)
I loved this - the virtual battle with the chips and the reactions to it all. It all makes a lot of sense and adds a new dimention to Rogue’s collegues. Then we move on…
