Well, my first guess on the identity of Nightwatcher was wrong….1
Even so, this was an entertaining and informative introduction to the Nightwatcher, their methods and their thoughts.
I liked the pacing and panelling of this issue. We get a degree of vox pops from the various community members, be they human or mutant. The differing opinions work well for the story being told.
A good amount of character work is being told as we work our way across the city. Watching the Nightwatcher protect those in danger and give us an inside into their motivations and those around them. I like how the action panned out, and some of it made me wonder about this new vigilante's identity.

I enjoyed the artwork here, with some good mixes between the light and the dark and the facial expressions of those involved.
I expect I will mention the identity of the Nightwatcher in my next review.
